Baycrest caregiver resources is a mobile app for both Android and iOS, optimized for phones and tablets, that helps caregivers find and share relevant resources. The app offers a dynamic questionnaire with conditional logic, personalized resource lists, and the ability to update questionnaires over time. Users can also explore all available resources manually, filter, share, and mark favourites.

Scope of Work

1. User Flows

   • Define user flows for completing the questionnaire, accessing resources, marking favourites, and revisiting or updating answers.
   • Outline how users share resources (via social media, email, text) and navigate back to the app as returning users.
